New feature ideas

Would be really useful to have a feature on the leave request page which shows how many people already have approved leave on those days. This would be a similar to the way that the leave request page shows the "Event happening in this period". This feature would safe time in check the approved leave page when going through leave requests. At present we keep a physical diary with approved leave, as well as the Tanda Leave function. It would be nice to have these consolidated into one place.

It would be really helpful to be able to set minimum staffing requirements for different times of day/days of the week and have Workforce alert us (Highlight red or similar) when we are 'under staffed'

When shifts are requested as holiday and approved there needs to be an option to allow management to Vacate and also Publish at the same time. It is very time consuming to have to go through each day that has been approved and republish those vacant shifts.
