Have you tried the Predictive Workforce? It let's you set min & max values. When looking at the day view shows you a colour coded chart highlighting under/over rosters.

I have a similar requirement on this - we need a manager onsite on all of our opening hours e.g. 6:45-10pm as an example. With such a large workforce and lots of data on the screen It would be good if the system would show time in that working day where perhaps a manager/shift wasn't scheduled or one wasn't open for cover i.e. human error accidently deleting or forgetting to schedule. This would be an excellent double checker and ensure it is clear and would be great if didn't rely on inputting sales data

Hi Derryth, this functionality is available when using our predictive rostering. What are the determining factors for your minimum requirements?

Rod Schneider: Hi Rod, The requirements I would like to set would be a minimum staff count for certain teams which varies throughout the day. For example, I like to set a minimum requirement of two counter staff and one duty manager staff member between 5-10pm on weekdays and for Workforce to alert in some way (very visual, eg. red during that time window) if these minimum staffing requirements are not met.

Derry Ryan: Thanks for the additional information. Part of what you're doing is similar to how our predicitive rostering works. Another part is similar to the spotlight feature. Neither is quite the use case you are talking about so we'll need to think more about this one.

Rod Schneider: Yes I had looked at the predictive rostering system but this doesn't quite achieve what I'm looking for. Thanks for looking into this.
