Allow communications to be amended and resent with a update notification

Doing annual reconciliations for annualised wage arrangements is a common pain point. Tanda has all the data and functionality to be able to generate these automatically; it is a natural extension of the existing 'wage compare' feature – but would be far more useful. The wage compare is only useful to identify and pay any 'outer limit' breaches, but these are rare, as businesses using annualised wage arrangements (at least in my experience) work hard to avoid them. If you are commonly exceeding your outer limits, it is highly likely the employee is being disadvantaged under the arrangement – making the annual reconciliation even more important. Making these quick and easy benefits both employer and employee, and would eliminate a huge amount of work for small business owners.

Hello. Can we have the option for staff or ourselves to download or even print contracts

It would be helpful if training plans could be assigned at onboarding rather than manually after. Either based on team or preferably position.

All childcare centres are required to employ Early Childhood Teachers. These ECT's are employed under the Educational Services (Teachers) Award MA000077. Please add to your list of awards.

It would be great to have the ability to input probationary periods into TANDA, than when it's getting close to the probationary period date than it starts flagging similar to licences, and qualifications where they will have an explanation mark that's yellow when its getting close than it turns red when its expired. This would be very handy.

It would be great to get an email notification when a staff member has signed the contract you've sent them. It's time consuming to have to go into each individuals profile and look at their contracts and see if they are signed/unsigned. It would also be good if there was a place you could go to to see all contracts that have been issued. When dealing with a large staffing pool keeping track of who does and doesn't have a contract in place and whether or not they have signed it or not is a lot to keep on top of!

This is a feature we used on Deputy a lot, the ability to write notes on peoples shifts like, Sarah is keen to work if you are looking for someone, big push in abc venue at 7.30, please do xyz for prep for tomorrow. Or when there is a vacant shift happy with different hours say the shift is 11-5 and you can write happy with someone working 12-4 claim and let me know. I so see this is noted below and a link to an article but the article no longer is live and I can't find how to do it anywhere. The feature of comments doesn't have the same effect. Thanks
