It would be nice to see a counter above Employment start date that shows the years of service the employee has - while we get flagged for their Anniversary it would also be nice to view any upcoming milestone anniversaries easily. Similar to showing Age above Date of birth, have a years of service number above Employment start date?

When rostering sometimes I would like to use a previous roster, but would like to rearrange the staff, so would like a button that I could make all shifts vacant and keep the times and types of shifts, but remove the employees selected in these shifts.

Add date to pay increase adjustments so reporting is correct historicaly.

Ability to schedule a shift for a fixed fee rather than hourly rate. Also ability for this not to contribute towards scheduled hours. This for things like On Call or Sleep In (support workers). This would also not need to be clocked in /out

The profile photo should be an approved photo and not just from the last clock-in. This then provides a photo each clocking can be compared to, it will also be a "better" photo for when users log in to Tanda.

Too many notifications coming through when rosters are being published. This is not required for myself as my roster never changes. This is the case for many full time employees and they should be able to control if they receive notifications or not.

We find it hard when a staff member is onboarding to see what point they are up to or what is missing. A more comprehensive way of tracking how new team members are coming along with filling in their details would be great

I would like to be able to add notes to shifts, such as, 'clock off early it not busy', 'Jane's is not working today - you will be on your own', etc.

I have started using the new update to the communications platform. Looks good. I wish I could use emojis, though.

We need to send out casual conversion information to staff at their 6 month anniversary and then at 1 year so a way to be notified of this would be awesome.
