We find it hard when a staff member is onboarding to see what point they are up to or what is missing. A more comprehensive way of tracking how new team members are coming along with filling in their details would be great

I would like to be able to add notes to shifts, such as, 'clock off early it not busy', 'Jane's is not working today - you will be on your own', etc.

I have started using the new update to the communications platform. Looks good. I wish I could use emojis, though.

We need to send out casual conversion information to staff at their 6 month anniversary and then at 1 year so a way to be notified of this would be awesome.

The option to sort employees by first name or surname when viewing the list and exports to save time when comparing to MYOB reports as these are by surname

Would be great if there was a quick view for what part of the onboarding process isn't complete yet - I have one staff at the moment who says incomplete but having looked through all contracts, qualifications, Bank, Super etc details I can't see what he still has left to do

Currently Higher Duties is a secondary tag applied manually on an employee's Timesheet. If Tanda could automate this based on the Team the employee is rostered to work in, so the Roster is costed correctly (at the higher level pay rate) and automatically feeds through to the tag on the Timesheet.

It would be extremely helpful to have an option to download all employee payslips at once for a specific pay run. This feature would save time and reduce manual effort, especially when processing large payrolls, by eliminating the need to download each payslip individually. This streamlined process would increase efficiency in payroll management.

When selecting to change pay conditions, there is no option to choose for conditions to change with the next pay cycle. This means, we have to wait until IN that next pay cycle and then choose * From start of current pay cycle It would mean that we can't immediately deal with the employee's change and have to set it aside for later. If the option was there to change it at a specific date or from the next pay cycle, we could deal with it, and send the variation of contract to the employee before he starts the new pay cycle with new conditions.
