Improve the function showing who has read messages in the app chat

Currently have to delete leave and re-enter.

Please consider adding gender inclusive options to the name and personal details section of onboarding. Such as the Title 'Mx' and Gender options such as 'Non binary'.

It would be great if you had an option to unpaid as a leave option for tracking purposes.

Would be good to have an option to just have a text box for end users to type in answers (rather than pre-populated multiple choice answers) when utilising the "Shift Questions" feature... This way an employee can flag a comment describing the reason for the early / late start / finish for more precise justification

If a person is undergoing a form of training, it does not make sense for them to already have the qualification. It would be easier if we could select "undergoing training", upload the relevant certificates and once all certificates have been attained, to then be able to select "has qualification"

It would be great if in the 'Payroll' Tab you could add in a section for the reason why an employee resigned or reason for their employment being terminated, that way this can be entered before deactivating and all information is in the one place if it needs to be referred back to at any stage. Also a section in the 'Payroll' tab for position description would also be great. Thank you

The Qualifications upgrade to support the upload of more that 1 file is excellent. This would also be helpful for 'Note and Files' under HR

Link Roster templates to locations and or team groups so they are only seen by those with access to relevant locations / teams.
