It would be great for employees to see the organisations roster outside of their teams. This will be useful for separate teams that need to work together.

The option to sort employees by first name or surname when viewing the list and exports to save time when comparing to MYOB reports as these are by surname

Would like any vacant shifts to be highlighted or bold or otherwise really stand out on the schedules?

A free type text box at the bottom of the roster would be beneficial for making notes when working through roster changes

Currently have to delete leave and re-enter.

It would be really useful if workforce can have a report that has the Bradford factor for sickness issues on all staff

It would be helpful if employees were automatically deactivated on their termination dates. This would help Xero/MYOB AccountRightLive users. When the termination date is synced from their payroll to Tanda, the employee would also then be deactivated in Tanda. This would remove a step for payroll officers. It would also help businesses if they wanted to set the termination date in the future e.g. on a Saturday, so that they don't have to log into Tanda on the day.

The chat feature feels too static. A NewsFeed style would be better where both staff and management can post and comment (much like the forum I am currently submitting this post to). Anyone tagged in the post should receive a push notification immediately. There should be an option to require confirmation that tagged employees have read posts. Managers should be able to delete posts that are no longer relevant to avoid crowding. This feature should be available both on the app and on the desktop version. At the moment the I have a team of 140 people and the chat feature leaves me feeling disconnected from them completely
