I would like to be able to add notes to shifts, such as, 'clock off early it not busy', 'Jane's is not working today - you will be on your own', etc.

Find out who has seen the message so you know staff have recieved it

It would be really useful if workforce can have a report that has the Bradford factor for sickness issues on all staff

It would be great if you could create your own forms for the candidates to complete, ie bespoke application form. It would also be good if you could send out offer letters to applicants via hire process, then if they accept, then the process moves to onboarding.

An option for the staff members preferred pronounn to go next to their name would be helpful in a venue such as ours.

For the staffing-qualifications tab, I would like to be able to have the option to set up automatic and manual email/app alerts sent to staff with qualifications that are expiring.

It would be helpful if training plans could be assigned at onboarding rather than manually after. Either based on team or preferably position.

Is there a way to force the employee to read the document before acknowledging during the onboarding process? At the moment, they can tick without opening the document.

Have a section on the app for managers to access staff contact information for all staff

It would be very functional if Tanda Chat was available on the app, for staff to view and reply to messages sent by managers instead of it being sent by emails. This way they would get notifications instead of only seeing it when their they checked their emails.
