Coming back to this, it would be great if you could set it up so that it automatically sent on the staff members first day. There's currently a feature for it to be sent a number of days after the commencement day but no option for on the commencement date. You can't add it into the position templates either because every time someone changes positions it automatically resends again if the same training template is in there
