We have made updates to the
SCHADS Award Managed Templates
. These updates have been made to align the award with the recent decision of the Fair Work Commission (FWC) handed down on Monday, 13 April 2026.
The variations to the award as set out in the Decision and Determination will take effect from the
first full pay period starting on or after 1 June 2026
We have developed new award interpretation functionalities in order to automate the new conditions of the SCHADS Award. The updates to the SCHADS Award Managed Templates implement these new functionalities, including the automation of:
These conditions are now facilitated via the Sleepover Schedule and On Call Schedule functionality.
