Last week, we introduced a new leave autofill option: ‘Recent pattern of approved shifts.’
Now, we have slightly tweaked the functionality, adding two new configurable settings.
Previously, this leave autofill option was automatically set to review the 5 weeks before the requested leave date. You can now configure this. To do so, navigate to
Settings > Leave > View all leave settings
, and look for the settings titled: ‘Work Pattern Review Period (weeks)’ and ‘Work Pattern Threshold (weeks).’ Update these settings to set the review period for your
Recent pattern of approved shifts
. If you don't update these settings, the default figures will remain at 3 and 5 weeks.
