Archiving Locations
Following the ability to archive teams, you can now also archive entire
locations
in Tanda. What's New
- Locations can no longer be deleted and are instead archived:
- All teams in that location will also be archived.
- View and unarchive locations at any time via Show Archived Teams>Unarchive
- You can select specific teams within the location to remain archived when unarchiving the location.
- Archived locations and associated teams will appear in reports when the ‘Show Archived Teams’ toggle is enabled.
This will make it easier to keep your location list organised without losing access to historical data (note that archiving a location will still
unassign
those teams from rostered shifts).
