Archiving Teams
You can now
archive
teams in Tanda instead of permanently deleting or renaming them.What’s new
- Teams can no longer be permanently deleted and are now archived instead:
Historic data, like which teams are assigned in timesheets, will not be deleted when archiving teams. - Archived teams can be restored at any time via Show Archived Teams > Unarchive:
- Data from archived teams can now be included in certain reports by toggling the Archived Teamsfilter
Note that archiving a team will still unassign it from any rostered shifts.
This will make it easier to keep your team list organised without losing access to historical data.
