Allow reporting and display of vacant shifts across multiple locations (so that only vacant shifts are displayed for multiple locations if selected). Report to be able to export to excel.

Under the Rota menu, have a menu option of Vacant shifts, by single / multiple locations, team and job roles.

So at a glance when on that page, one can see what gaps need filling. Then if resource found, allow to update the shift from there.

Also allow a report of vacant shift to be created and printed in excel by location, team, employee (who may not have enough rota).

If there are vacant shifts in a roster, the calendar will show them as unpublished. But those shifts can never be published unless there is a staff member associated with them.

It should say something like "All shifts published 120/120, including 3 vacant shifts". Or "117/120 shifts published, there are 3 vacant shifts".

The publish text / button should not really be there since there is nothing to publish. When you click publish the page has no staff / shifts to click to notifiy so it's redundant.

Building on that, TANDA could notify that there are vacant shifts in a roster as a seperate issue.

However it's done.. the current way makes it seem like there is a task left to be completed but it can never be completed.

It would be great to have a feature that lists all upcoming vacant shifts so they don't get overlooked. For example if a member of staff has let you down prior to the date or if there wasn't enough staff to fill all positions at the time of rostering.

It would save us having to note these elsewhere or forgetting there's a vacant shift and then not having a position filled on the day.

Is there a way of getting a warning when there is a vacant shift. Like there's a warning if someone is working too many hours. It would be great to be able to see a list of shifts that still need to be filled.
