Two Emails for Management

Now with legislation in place "right to disconnect from work", Tanda is simply breaching that right by tapping into personal emails.
Can we please have the ability to add a work email for management positions so that we actually do have the right to disconnect from work and we aren't harassed constantly by email notifications. I only check my personal emails during my personal time so its disrupting that.
Its also disappointing to see days after someone has messaged me via tanda, and i didn't see that message because it came through as a personal message!

Right to disconnect
Employees of non-small business employers have the right to refuse to monitor, read or respond to contact (or attempted contact) outside their working hours, unless doing so is unreasonable. This includes contact (or attempted contact) from an employer or a third party.
Protections
The right to disconnect is a workplace right under general protection laws. These laws are protected rights employees have under the Fair Work Act.

Yes this Email thing for Managers is a concern. At the moment for our Venue Managers and Head Chefs, as soon as they sign on as a new employee with their 'private' email, we then start them and change over to their 'work' email in Tanda so they are not getting notifications anymore to their 'private' email once we add their teams they manage. However we have a lot of Duty Managers who are then assigned Tanda management rights to their teams, but we do not assign them work emails as they use shared generic emails such info@ or dm@ ... so they are constantly getting notifications to their personal emails. This is an issue.
