It would be great to be able to export a custom training report which includes the training course, training status and names of individuals. Even better to be able to have it set up as a report that is delivered to the inbox weekly.

This would help us to know when we need to re-assign training if anyone has failed and also provide managers with reports so they can follow up incomplete training.
