It would be great if we had the ability to track the reasons Toil was being added - with so many staff it's easy to lose track of why it's added and I fear it will be added again if we don't keep a separate tally and limit who can add it. Our previous system allowed us to add Toil and a comment e.g. 'worked Bank holiday' or 'combined overtime from X date to X date' so that it was clear what each amount was for. For this reason, would be nice to have the ability to 'add' a specific amount of toil, rather than just amend the starting balance each time.
