Users can now create shifts via the mobile app without an underlying timesheet. This will be created when the first shift in the pay period is added.

Currently users can add new shifts to existing timesheets on the mobile app.

This request includes the ability to manually generate blank timesheets for a period where there isn't an existing timesheet.
