To be able to modify/change termination reasons from company to company, instead of it being 'one size fits all' for Workforce. Each company are different and have different reporting reasons. The current reasons available are missing ones that we need/use and there are some in use which are not relevant for us.

Regarding the Deactivation Reason option is no longer available when deactivating staff, impacting client record-keeping. This issue started recently and may be linked to the new Termination Reasons feature.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
• Users should be able to select or input a Deactivation Reason after deactivating staff.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
• The Deactivation Reason field is missing after deactivating staff.
• Recent system updates may have caused this change.
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
Open the Staff Profile.
Select Deactivate Staff.
Attempt to add a Deactivation Reason (no option available).
WHAT I HAVE TRIED:
• Verified across multiple staff profiles.
• Checked for new settings related to deactivation.
• Workaround: Manually adding the reason in Notes/Files under HR before deactivating staff. However, this is not ideal for record-keeping.
OTHER INFORMATION:
• Issue discovered today; unsure if it’s an intentional change.
• Please confirm if this can be reverted.

Currently, the dropdown options when deactivating staff in Workforce are fixed, limiting flexibility in selecting the most relevant reason for deactivation. Allowing customization of these dropdown options would enable businesses to align deactivation reasons with their specific policies and reporting needs.
This enhancement would improve accuracy in tracking staff departures, streamline HR processes, and provide better insights into workforce management. Customizable dropdown options would also help ensure that all deactivation reasons are properly categorized, making reporting and decision-making more efficient.
