Supervisor access

Yes like a shift manager status in absence of any onsite managers - just basic training to check rota in detail for their relevant sites, perhaps basic rota changes and importantly can phone others to get cover or check if someone hasn't turned up

I agree too, some staff member doesn’t turn up to work at least they can contact them.

I agree that some more flexibility on user types would be good. The ability to create different ones while still protecting other areas. We have created a supervisor access that can see time sheets and rosters but no costs, and while this is working OK for us, the Team Manager cannot see the supervisors costs (since in Tanda we have flagged to protect manages wages). it would be good to have that separate supervisor level which meant they did not fall into the 'manager' group (for the purpose of protecting their wages).
