Staff on salary to have hours set up permantly

Each payrun I have to manually put in the hours for each staff member that is on salary as their hours are set and they do not clock in or out. Can there be the ability to set up their daily hours in their employee profile and that will automatically bring the times into to the payrun each week

Hi Simone,
Good question! I think I have a pretty simple solution to this issue.
The easiest way to automate this is to:
- Create a roster template for all of your Salaried employees
- Apply this template to the relevant future weeks
- On the left tool bar, 'Create Timesheets' from the rostered shifts
Timesheets will then be automatically created for the period and can be approved when approving timesheets for the period.
You can also set up automatic approval of these timesheets via Settings > Timesheets > Shift Auto Approval
