Thats unbelievable in todays tech you guys can't give me REPORTS that sort by Surname and you can't sort the CSV file by surname you need to copy and paste all the names and change the order before you can sort, thats ridiculous, every basic payroll software can sort by surname, I would be asking your development team to action this ASAP
