Harrison Porter Has this been sense checked? The results it is throwing out for us are inaccurate.

Harrison Porter The Bradford Score doesn't score correctly, the results are horrendously inaccurate - I have staff members who have had 1 or 2 days off sick in the last 52 weeks but their Bradford Score is apparently 114868 ???. The leave hours column only appears to factor in holiday leave hours with no option to filter leave type like sickness etc which surely negates the whole point of this report. Also the scheduled shifts vs worked only works properly if someone is left on the rota when they call in sick, if an organisation vacates or deletes sick shifts it would remove those scheduled hours which would then throw off the ratio of scheduled vs worked. Maybe the 'scheduled hours' needs to have a tick box to include sick leave, family leave, emergency leave and any other unplanned leave types as part of the sum to give a true reflection of actual scheduled hours, not just the ones left on the roster.
