Show comments on timesheets on hover rather than click

I love the comments bubbles but clicking in to see what the comment is and then clicking out is time consuming. I would love you have the Comments bubble become visible when you hover over it and then drop away when you move your mouse. Like in Excel

Agreed. Also there is usually enough gap to even include a comments box so no need to hover either. For long comments include scroll arrows.
