Similar to Rachel Bates, we usually have 6 staff required in the same location same times 8am-3pm. Every week you find the same shifts picked/requested by more than one person. Ideally if 5 are available and 5 people pick up, are each allocated the available. Should a 6th or 7th person also requests, they are kept in the queue as a potential selection should any of the other 5 be not suitable.

Additionally it would be great to have the shift replacement / drop / pickup offer visible on each shift widget and even better be able to select the replacement from there. Shift Claiming has no shortcut which is annoying - Dashboard > Shift Claiming. There should realistically be a button on the rota to see the whole Shift Claiming page.

It would also be helpful, when more than 1 person has requested to pick up a shift, and you have more than 1 available shift for that day but they haven't selected more than one, you should be able to offer them another shift on the same day...
