We would like to see a timestamp on the vacancy approval page that shows when each user offered to claim a shift. Currently the date the shift was posted as a vacancy/replacement is displayed, which is not useful information for the supervisor. If the time the employee offered to claim the shift was displayed, our supervisors can use this data to help determine who to approve for a vacancy. Many times, if the cost is similar, we work off of "first come first serve". This allows supervisors to see who offered to claim a shift first.
