Adding a search function in roster so that you can look at one one staff member without having to scroll down would be helpful.

Being able to start typing an employee name or employee number without the need to scroll down to look at one person's roster.

We have also have wanted to select several staff at the same time. The same feature they now have for "All Teams" could have similar "All Staff"

Yes! And ability to navigate to employees profile directly would be useful too!
