Current behaviour:

When an employee is deactivated, they are automatically added to the Talent Pool if they are marked as eligible for rehire. This occurs without confirming whether the employee wishes to be included in an Expression of Interest (EOI) or Talent Pool for future opportunities.

As a result, all employees who are eligible for rehire are added to the Talent Pool by default, even if they have never indicated that they would like to be considered for future employment.

Requested enhancement:

We would like the option to provide employees with the opportunity to opt into the Talent Pool as part of the offboarding process, with only those who consent being added.

Candidates marked 'Do not Rehire' should not receive this option.

Note: The Rehire setting should continue to indicate whether an employee is eligible for re-employment, but it should not automatically determine whether they are included in the Talent Pool.
