Report to compare salary vs hourly rate

In some Awards it is required to review the pays of non-managerial salary employees to ensure that the salary they have been paid over the previous 12 months was not less than what they would've received if they were on hourly rate with penalty rates, overtime, etc. It would be very useful to have a report that would do this comparison based on employee's timesheets.

Hi all, confirming that Wage Compare is now available in Tanda. While the ability to re-calculate historical timesheets exists in Tanda now, this is being moved to an easier to interpret report allowing the ability to report on the outcomes of BOOT or salary tests in an easier and faster way.

This would be a very important tool for all businesses that would help to avoid underpaying salary staff. It's quite unrealistic to do a 12 month check by going through the 52 timesheets and manually calculating all penalty, overtime, etc. The requirement is enforced by law but so far I haven't found a way to implement it.
