Where an employee is seasonal and say they have a start date of 8/1/2024 are terminated say on 30/03/2024 but then is rehired on the 10/01/2025 you want to reactivate but do not want them to be able to be rostered prior to their new start date

Just change their start date to the new start date. But it would be nice to have some kind of way to see when they've come and gone through Tanda.
