Rehiring option/function

The ability to rehire, which prompts a slimmed down version of onboarding would be a game changer.
The hiring lead can be prompted to enter the rehire date and send out new documents relevant to the new employment. The employees would only need to confirm nothing has changed or update addresses, bank details, etc if necessary.
Just simply reactivating assumes no changes and is not a robust enough action to suit a seasonal business.

We do have a lot of staff that leave and come back, so this options would be good
