We have a lot of internal 'qualifications' which for us mean staff have to read a document or fill out a google form to acknowledge.

It would be great in the individual quals if there was a section to add text. This would send at the same time as the reminder to employee that it is expiring with what the actions are and time period.

For example "Please read this document [link] and complete this short quiz [link] within 2 weeks of this email"
