Hi , deputy has a great feature that requests a compulsory qualification at the onboarding stage- such as RSA. would be great if you could recreate this in tanda.

Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. 
Employees can upload qualifications during onboarding. 
In addition you can setup qualifcations to be required, blocking submission until the employee enters them. More details here: https://help.tanda.co/en/articles/8661596-require-employees-to-provide-qualifications-during-onboarding

This would be extremely helpful. Would be better if you could select the qualifications as part of the onboarding setup, not just compulsory quals
