We would like to enhance the form access functionality by allowing forms to be accessed based on Manager permission profiles.
Currently, the "Who can access this form at any time?" options are limited to:
  • No Employees
  • All Employees
  • Selected Positions
  • Selected Teams/Locations
  • Advanced Selection (combination of Positions and Teams)
We are requesting an additional option that allows administrators to select one or more Manager permission profiles and make forms available to users assigned to those permissions.
This functionality would provide a more scalable and efficient method of controlling form access. Our organization operates across two countries with more than 300 positions, making position-based assignment difficult to manage. Additionally, Teams and Locations are configured primarily for workforce management purposes and do not align with our permission-based access requirements.
