It would be great if a manager selects 'Retain Employee' at the end of a Probation Review, then a Successful Probation Letter gets automatically sent to the employee. At the moment we need to manually send the templated letter to the employee. This would cut out a step for us and make the probation process quicker and smoother.

It would be great to be able to set a probationary period notification (3 or 6 months) and then have it alert you when the date is upcoming (say a week out).

I know this could be set up as a qualification but seems a little unprofessional and also gives staff the opportunity to upload a document to it when its a qualification

You have an option already for Probation - would be great to be able to get a notification from there a month out there it is due. Not having to use another area "quals" which has nothing to do with probation to get notifications.
