Preferred Hours - Set by Roster frequency (Weekly vs Fortnightly)

We roster fortnightly, however can only set weekly preferred hours (11 day work fortnight (6 in one week, 5 in the other)). Roster validation is flagging all employees as they exceed their preferred hours in one week, even though the fortnight is correct.

We have a similar problem, I have employees with Regular Hours 9 day work fortnight, 5 days in the first week, and 4 days in the second. The system flags this every single fortnight. :(

On our timesheets it’s - Not only flagging as exceeding hours but adding up the shift as overtime if the staff does any variation eg swapping a shift from one day to the next or working 30mins later(eg starting later another day). 🤔

Absolutely! I flagged this as an improvement some time ago, but have had no feedback. All our contracts are fortnightly so the preferred hours are no good to as at this point.
