Can you please add an additional layer in the permissions that is higher than Managers, but lower than GM (admin level)

As we do not let managers see each other's wages, we need the managers above them (eg area meangers) to see those wages. Currently the Area manager has to be on the same permission level as a manager.

They cannot be admin level for control reasons.

Even if the permission levels could follow the org chart, that could be good too!
