Yes if we could apply this to the forms area as well. If staff are deactivated they should not appear in any active lists / areas in the system

this would be so helpful as managers are missing current ones due to the list being so full of deactivated employees!

Agree!! it would be great if we could filter the active employees and not have to see the list of inactive employees

As more employees leave the company, this list will continue to grow. At the moment, there is also no option available to delete these records, but we need an automated way of deactivated employees to not appear on this list at all.
