Paying employees post termination

Being able to add terminated staff to a payrun after their termination (for additional/corrective/back payments) would be very helpful. The current system of "reactivate, add the employee to the payrun, deactivate the employee" is slow and unintuitive, and leave room for errors like forgetting to deactivate the employee again

Agree, this is cumbersome. We update the end date and have turned off the automatic deactivation, then send payroll a notification off system. They make the final pay and deactivate. Very manual still.
