We’d like to provide managers with access to org charts both within Performance Reviews and more broadly within Tanda, subject to appropriate permissions.

Current limitation:

Managers can be prompted during Performance Reviews to make decisions based on the organisation chart (for example, whether to make a review visible to users up the org chart). However, they do not currently have access to view the org chart itself to inform these decisions. The only related permission available is “See / Edit Wages Down Organisational Chart Only”, which does not support broader visibility needs.
