Optional Superannuation for U18 during Onboarding

If you allow the under 18's to not have a super fund, what will you do if/when they work over 30 hours in a week therefore become entitled to super? Where will you pay their super too?

Juniors working <30hrs/wk are exempt from needing to have a super account per https://www.ato.gov.au/Business/Super-for-employers/Work-out-if-you-have-to-pay-super/#Employeesagedunder18
TANDA should not prevent onboarding from proceeding due to lack of super fund details in this case. Note that feature suggestion https://tanda.canny.io/new-ideas/p/allow-onboarding-to-be-completed-in-stages could help.
