Opt in/out for employees being able to edit timesheets

With incomplete timesheets, if employees haven't clocked in at the start of the day/shift, they are now unable to enter the time they started. I was told this was requested by sites so employees couldn't create their own timesheets. Could you please make it an optional feature for sites? It worked fine before as the late/amended clock on/offs were a different colour and needed to be manually approved even if they matched up to rostered shifts (so if there is was a recurring trend it can be monitored or security footage checked to confirm times).
For payroll compliance (Australia), aren't we meant to have employees acknowledging/confirming when they worked? This is not possible anymore with Tanda as employees are no longer able to acknowledge shifts once they have occurred if they forget to sign in.

Hi Michelle, Tanda allows employees to add times to timesheets if you have the requisite permission enabled in your permission settings, and this will still require a manager to approve. We haven't changed how this works recently so perhaps a setting has changed in your organisation? Contact us on support and we can work this through with you.
Shift acknowledgement is an optional feature, you can turn this on for your organisation in Feature Management, under the Settings drop down. This is another feature we haven't changed recently, so maybe some settings in your organisation have changed. Let us know and we will help you get things back to your preferred state. Cheers!
