We find it hard when a staff member is onboarding to see what point they are up to or what is missing. A more comprehensive way of tracking how new team members are coming along with filling in their details would be great

Perhaps a dashboard with overall tracking, that when clicked, you can see person, cost centre/location/team, what's outstanding.

Also an electable daily report each morning sent to your email as an HR or Payroll person with the detail.

This would be great. I think some statuses would be ideal as well. The statuses could indicate if they can work or not, or be rostered or not and so on.
