Notify Managers when Contract Signed

It would be great to get an email notification when a staff member has signed the contract you've sent them. It's time consuming to have to go into each individuals profile and look at their contracts and see if they are signed/unsigned. It would also be good if there was a place you could go to to see all contracts that have been issued. When dealing with a large staffing pool keeping track of who does and doesn't have a contract in place and whether or not they have signed it or not is a lot to keep on top of!

Hi Derryth,
We have recently released the new 'Contracts and Documents' page under the Workforce menu navigation. On this page you will see there is a "Sent Contracts" menu item on the left-hand side which shows all contracts that have been sent out; you also have the ability to filter this page by pending or signed contracts so you can easily see which employee still hasn't signed their contract.

Yes I saw this feature which is useful but I would still appreciate getting an email notification when a contract is signed. We have a large volume of staff and when bulk sending out contracts such as for the increase in NMW it is really useful to get notified so that I can keep tabs on who is and isn't signing their new contracts.
