New Leave Updates

Not user friendly. Preferred the old one where leave were listed by dates and a given date range. One click execution was better.
In the new one, there is no filter Location.
Whilst listed by names, would prefer to have list by dates so can pick up on urgent ones.
Teams filter not working, in the old version team filter was not user friendly. This is important for admins who address specific teams, we have admins who deal with just drivers, and other admins who deal just with locums. There is no filter allowing to do that. Were having to scroll down each location and selecting the relevant team. Please, Please allow filter by team so that one can select for eg. "Drivers" in all location, we do not want to be scrolling down 25 locations and selecting drivers from each location to filter.
Also in the current set up, the default date range resets when logging out. We work months ahead to book outside resourse, this has made it more difficult. In the current date range there is no option for "Current Financial Year". Once filter is set it should remain as is unless cleared and reset. it should not reset on log out.
Currently I do not see an option to send a note on the leave request other than decline and notify. It was useful to have that feature.
In the meantime allow admins to access the older version if required.

In future, please consult the users before putting through a drastic and unnecessary change to a system that worked effectively. The new system is impacting my workload, as it is not user friendly and there are now further steps to editing leave. Why was the comments box removed? We used this feature regularly.

We are having difficulties with this new version, adding medical leaves and vacations to super schedule' impossible since it does not allow you to manually adjust the hours efficiently and is doesn't take their regular hours or work as it was in the old version. Stays defaulted as 8 hours. Adjusting dates takes lots of time and the comment section was removed we required this for exporting contabilization

We are also having several issues stemming from the (at least for us) unannounced switch to the new time-off page a few weeks ago. Initially we were happy as the change included working team filters and the ability to customize the date range of data to load, speeding up the time-off pages for those with access to multiple locations. However, now we are having issues with partial day requests and the auto-fill rules not working correctly or being too rigid in ways that do not work for us. In some cases, even when staff try to enter in the exact number of hours they wish to request off, Workforce defaults the request to zero hours and no changes can be made to pending requests. We have engaged Support but have not made much progress getting our issues ironed out. Very frustrating for us admins, managers, and staff.

Completely agree this new version is not user friendly. The option to remove shifts from the roster or make shifts vacant when approving also needs to be brought back

Agree, not user friendly. We are struggling with the Partial Leave, instead of recognizing only Partial, the leave is applying for the entire day. Prefer the old version.

I totally agree
