Need Qualifications to support more file types

This area only supports PDF and JPEG's, however many documents including resumes come in word format, we also have Outlook correspondence that needs to be dropped into this area (like resignations that come via email and not in a letter etc). As an added bonus, if we can be able to download all file formats from this area, not just the PDF's that would be great.

Really need this area to be able to hold more file types like Word documents. Most people submit paperwork in word format. Also really need to be able to drop files in instead of having to load them. This would speed the process up greatly.
