When I am checking details on a particular staff page there is a frustrating number of steps to check the same details for the next staff member. For example, if I am checking something in qualifications for one staff member and want to do the same for the next, I have to click the drop down box, select the employee name, wait for it to load, then select HR and then Train and Qualify.

It would be great if it navigated to the same sub-section as you are currently on when you switch employees.
