Leave request hours do not account for automatic break deductions

On the Leave Request page, when an employee switches between the “Start and End Time” view and the “Hours” view, the system removes the automatic break rule. As a result, unpaid break time is not deducted, which may lead to employee overpayment.
I will be more to have the leave request always reference to employees' regular hours, and the automatically deduct the break from both the views in leave request page.

Yes this a major annoyance. We run a 24-hour roster and some shifts include unpaid breaks, while others only have paid breaks with residents (disability). It is extremely inefficient having to manually check all leave and make adjustments to the majority of them.
The "total paid hours" for that day should match those in the regular hours of work, not just the start and end time.
