The Leave Balances report currently only shows employees' current leave balances. It would be really helpful to have the option to generate a leave balance report as at a specific date.

This is especially important at the end of the financial year, when businesses need to keep a record of leave balances for audit and reconciliation purposes. At the moment, there's no way to download a report showing leave balances at a past date, which makes historical reporting difficult.

Having the ability to select a date and generate leave balances as at that date would make the reporting much more useful and support year-end record keeping.
