  1. When a manager is selected in the incident report, tanda should automatically send an email notification to that manager of the incident report.
  2. Add a new feature in the Incident Report for Actions or Tasks related to the incident to prevent recurrence.
  3. Assign actions to people within Tanda, accountable for action implementation and closure.
