The chat feature feels too static. A NewsFeed style would be better where both staff and management can post and comment (much like the forum I am currently submitting this post to).
Anyone tagged in the post should receive a push notification immediately.
There should be an option to require confirmation that tagged employees have read posts.
Managers should be able to delete posts that are no longer relevant to avoid crowding.
This feature should be available both on the app and on the desktop version.
At the moment the I have a team of 140 people and the chat feature leaves me feeling disconnected from them completely

We have been working on a new version of chat & Communication, feedback on this new version would be helpful for the team.
Marking this ticket as complete but am open to taking more feedback on this new version so we can continue to improve it.
