If a fulltime Salaried employee has no accrued leave remaining and wishes to take a half day off as "Unpaid Leave", there is no current way that Tanda can account for this in its payroll costings. Even if the employee is rostered for half the day and the other half day is entered as "Unpaid Leave" when doing a roster, Tanda cannot calculate the leave accordingly. Tanda engineering needs to come up with an immediate fix.
