Report on types of leave
Lilyblue Southam
I have created new types of leave one being sickness and I would like to be able to pull off a report of this to be able to check for patterns etc

We are also in aged care and this would come in very handy. Also the ability to easily seen how many sick days have been had without a sick certificate. We also up to 2 single days of sick leave without certificate. Currently unable to monitor this.

100% agree. In aged care the same thing. As we use a large proportion of casual staff when a permanent always calls in sick for the same shift the cost to replace with a (sometimes less experienced) casual costs more up front.
A report on sick leave both paid and unpaid by staff members would be very useful.
Useful for bi-annual reviews and also when a permanent position become available to identify the casual staff to offer it to.

I agree valuable insights to have when evaluating both performance and attendance. We see so many staff exercise the annoying six week rule (I am due another sick day.) In hospitality, serial sickies are very disruptive.
If a staff member is unreliable in this area, you can either reduce their hours or better still never scheduled them on shifts that are harder to fill.
We can track punctuality from the time clock, we need to also track sick shifts and even no shows in the attendance screen

Hey Lilyblue Southam thanks for the suggestion here if you navigate to the approved leave tab, set the date range to the period you want to look at and then download as CSV you can analyse your leave data.
