A place to store our SOP's that can be assigned for access to different teams to access as required.
This way we can start bringing all our SOPs into the Tanda platform.
It would allow us to attach the SOP's to warnings and other staff communication.
Could also audit who has viewed or updated a policy -
Create a process to allow team members to suggest updates or changes
Could also attach the sop as a back end around training modules etc

Hi Steven,
In relation to managing adherence with SOP's, have you checked out the operations module, and checklists / SOP feature that is part of Tanda HR?
That's the best place to create your SOP's, and also manage adherence through requesting proof like an upload of a photo. You might also not need to use it in an ongoing way, for example, checklists might be helpful for new staff training.
