Please consider adding an "other" or non specific gender option for employee onboarding. Lots of staff do not feel comfortable identifying as male or female.

Yes this is important. Staff are offended there is no option beyond male or female

It's very surprising this is not an option already - Tanda, please either add a neutral or 'other' option or remove the gender question altogether.

In addition to collecting more genders, it may help some people to collect alternative pronouns. A drop down of the most common and then an other option to specify.

The government has guidelines on collecting data on gender vs sex and the recognition of and prioritizing of gender over sex. It'd be great if we could at least meet their standards. https://www.ag.gov.au/rights-and-protections/publications/australian-government-guidelines-recognition-sex-and-gender
